What started as Bloom Community has now evolved into B Thee Key, Knowing the Evolution of You. Our rebrand reflects our commitment to guiding individuals on their path to wellness, creativity, and community connection.
Mary C. Forbes: The Heart Behind Btheekey
Hi, I’m Mary C. Forbes, the heart behind Btheekey. I am a mother, grandmother, and lifelong learner who spent many years living for others while losing touch with my own inner voice. As a woman of color, I learned how easy it is to be present yet unheard, visible yet unseen.
My journey back to myself began through necessity. Chronic physical discomfort pushed me to seek gentler, more life-giving ways to heal. I turned toward ancestral wisdom, nature, and intentional living, remembering that the Earth does not exist outside of us but moves through us.
That awakening became the foundation of Btheekey. It is a space rooted in balance, simplicity, and respect for nature’s intelligence. Our muscadine grape juice, a Southern treasure rich in antioxidants, became a symbol of restoration and a way to support the body’s natural rhythm.
I am passionate about protecting our bodies and spirits from the poisons of modern life and returning to what is pure, honest, and true. Each sip is a tribute to the Earth’s intelligence, helping the heart, mind, and body find their natural rhythm once again.
Beyond the juice, Btheekey offers intentional creations including natural supplements, inspirational wear, cultural pillows, handcrafted games, and community gatherings designed to nourish both body and spirit.
